- Wear maternity jeans and tops that are natural such as cotton; man-made fabrics are hot and itchy for your skin
- If you choose an over-the-bump style, make sure the fabric is breathable.
- As your breasts grow through pregnancy, a supportive bra is a must-have. A good quality support bra should be worn from around the beginning of pregnancy to prevent damage to your breasts. As your pregnancy goes on, you may need bigger sized bras.
- Wear long length shirts so your belly isn't showing.
- Since feet swell during pregnancy, sandals and flip flops are almost the only thing you can wear. Choose shoes that feel comfortable.
- There are many different styles of maternity clothing that keep your style looking nice and elegant so dont just buy bigger sizes in regular clothes.
